- Please ensure that all the details entered in the RD Installation Service or AMC Services form are correct. It is important to note that Aadhaar RD Service registrants cannot change or update their information once registered on the RD Services server.
- For each RD service registration, be sure to purchase the device from a legitimate dealer. If the product comes from a telecommunications provider or distributor You may need to share invoice to proceed.
- The serial number must be verified on the manufacturer's server. This is an abbreviation from the original equipment manufacturer as OEM. Supported devices include Mantra MFS 100, SCL Safran OT Morpho MSO E2/E3, Cogent 3M CSD 200, Access Startek FM220 Biometric, Secugen Hamster Pro 20 Biometric, BioEnable Nitgen, Precision, MSO1300. E3 L1, MFS110 L1, FM220 L1, PB1000
- Once the biometric device is activated You will be notified via mobile number or email.
- If certification fails The problem is sent to the manufacturer or OEM and timeline will be stipulated as per their defined norms.
- If you encounter any issue after rd registration that not in the scope of our support team. You will receive direct assistance from the OEM.
- An AMC inspection begins when our technical team inspects the equipment in question. Remote testing is allowed only if it has been arranged in advance, and AMC can begin only after technical approval has been received in written via email.
- Cancellation or conversion of orders does not apply to RD Services. Once activated, RD services cannot be refunded.

- The support team will provide support to you on desktop, laptop or computer thru remote.
- For remote support Anydesk ID/Ultraviewer ID is must to share with our technician, then only we are able to do necessary settings remotely
- Android users will receive all the instructions over the phone, as remote support is not possible over mobile.
- The support team will make two attempts to contact you. If you don't receive these calls or can't answer them, customers need to raise request again
- This service covers RD activation only and nothing more. it excludes unblocking and hardware issues.
- After your device is RD ready, don't hesitate to contact your service provider or vendor for any concerns in the app or portal issues.

- RD Recharge is a software service that organizations provide to their customers. RD Recharge eliminates refunds for hardware issues, such as broken devices. interfering cable or incorrect identification
- NOTE : Morpho MSO1300 E2/E3 L0 and Mantra MFS100 L0 RD services will be discontinued from March 31, 2025 as per UIDAI regulations.
- The RD Service will provide installation assistance until the end of the service's validity. However, the service verifies the validity as required by the UIDAI server.
