RD Services India is committed to activating RD devices, technical support, and offer AMC coverage, and biometric devices extend warranty solutions. Please find below the overview of our plans and policies. If you face any problem then you can contact us at RD service customer care number.
Each customer will be assisted with our customer support, who will help them in successful installation, configuration, and error correction on their Biometric device.

Service Procedure
Support is provided during business hours via phone, email, or remote desktop (Anydesk/Ultraviewer).
We provide two types of AMC plans through rdservice.in:
Standard AMC (1 Year)
Free software/OS updates (only for non-paid versions)
Remote troubleshooting during commercial hours
Physical Equipment Inspection (Customer gives courier fee)
An annual wire replacement (repair fee additional)
Comprehensive AMC (1 Year)
The standard plan includes everything, plus:
Free repair and part replacement (up to 500/- rs as per company's policy)
First-level verification within 24 hours of your request
During RD registration, customers can choose to enable call-back service. If they choose, our team will return the call within 2 work hours during commercial hours.
The AMC or support plan starts only after the OEM warranty ends.
Customers need to submit their purchase invoice within 24 hours of activating AMC.
If the invoice has not been provided, the plan will start from the date of AMC procurement, not after the OEM warranty is over.
If the RD validity is active, the plan will begin right after the current RD validity ends.
Customers need to submit purchase bill/invoice within 24 hours of applying.
If they do not, the plan RD will start from the date of the AMC procurement instead of the termination of validity.
All the details filled must be accurate, as the Aadhaar RD record cannot be changed later.
The device should be purchased from authorized dealers, and may require an invoice.
The serial number is verified with OEM before activation.

After the activation is successful, you will receive a confirmation through SMS or email.
If the activation fails, the matter will be sent to OEM for resolution.
Remote desktop support is provided through anydesk or ultraviewer (not for mobile devices).
Android users will get step-by-step instructions on call.
Support requests can be made through WhatsApp, phone, email or ticket system.
If we cannot reach you after two contact efforts, you have to present a new request.
AMC starts only after inspecting the device and written approval is given.
RD service activation is non refundable.
Services only cover RD activation and do not include hardware repair or unlocking.
If the device is damaged, such as a broken screen, defective connector, or water or fire damage, contact OEM or supplier.
OEM warranty extension can come with extra cost.
Warranty does not cover the damage caused by misuse, fire, water, rust, chemicals or similar issues.
The OEM should follow the UIDAI/STQC guidelines, and the device owners are responsible for any violation.
Devices have to operate in a safe surroundings, loose from malware or faux apps.
RD activation covers most effective software program troubles; any blocked gadgets or telecom-related problems need to be addressed by using the OEM or distributor.
Recharge is a software program-only service which is not refundable and does not cover hardware problems.
Note: UIDAI has discontinued Morpho MSO1300 E2/E3 L0 and Mantra MFS100 L0, so those devices are not eligible for RD recharge.
Policies can be up to date according to the UIDAI and OEM guidelines.
