What is RD Service and why do I need it?
Registered Device (RD) Service authorises your biometric scanner for UIDAI-aligned Aadhaar use cases such as eKYC, AEPS, and Jeevan Pramaan. Without active RD Service, many banks and government portals will block or reject transactions from your device.
How soon is my device activated after payment?
Most activations are completed within 15 minutes to a few hours on business days, depending on device model and UIDAI processing. You will receive updates on WhatsApp or by phone during remote setup.
Do you provide remote installation support?
Yes. Our team can guide you via phone or WhatsApp and use remote assistance when needed to install drivers, verify serial numbers, and complete UIDAI configuration.
How do I get a GST invoice?
A GST-compliant invoice is issued for qualifying purchases. Mention your GSTIN at checkout or contact support immediately after payment if you need it amended.
What if my serial number is wrong or not accepted?
Double-check the serial on the device label and enter it exactly as shown. If validation still fails, contact support with a clear photo of the label — we will help confirm the correct value before activation.
